摘    要:为开发Tencel纤维牛奶蛋白纤维混纺纱,对纺纱工艺流程和工艺参数进行了设计和优选。根据两种原料纤维长度和细度较为接近、都不合杂质的特点,选择了在清棉工序进行混和的纺纱方案。通过对牛奶蛋白纤维进行预处理、优化纺纱各工序工艺参数、合理控制车间温湿度,成功开发出了适合于加工高档服饰的混纺纱线。

Abstract:To develop Tencel fiber milk protein fiber blended yarn, spinning processing circulation and processing parameters were designed and optimized.According to the specialty of similar fiber length & fiber fineness and no impurities,the spinning plan of blending in cleaning process was selected.The blended yarn for high grade garment is developed through pretreatment of milk protein fiber,optimizing processing parameter in each process,control moisture temperature of workshop reasonably.
