PC合金相容性与制品冲击强度关系研究

摘    要:用TEM、DSC、FT-IR等方法对PC(聚碳酸酯)/PBT(聚苯并噻唑)、PC/PA(聚酰胺)合金的相容性和冲击强度的关系进行了研究。结果表明,分散相在连续相中分散均匀,相畴尺寸适中,共混树脂之间无明显酯交换的合金,只存在1个玻璃化转变温度Tg合,其值低于作为连续相PC的Tg而高于作为分散相的PBT和PA的Tg值,该合金的耐溶剂性能好,冲击强度也高。

Abstract:The relation between the compatibility of PC/PBT and PC/PA alloys and the impact resistance intensity of their products were studied by using TEM, DSC, FT IR and etc. The result showed that the discrete phases are homogeneously dispersed in the continuous phase with a moderate phase size. It also showed that the alloy without remarkable transesterification among the coresin only has one transforming temperature of vitrification, i.e. T g , and its value is less than that of PC which serves as the continuous phase, and higher than that of PBT and PA which are the discrete phases. Then the solvent resistance of the alloy is perfect and the impact resistance is also strong, and otherwise its solvent resistance is poor and the impact resistance is weak.
