分光光度法测定灭草隆和非草隆

摘    要:用分光光度法测定苯脲类除草剂灭草隆和非草隆,将样品在酸性条件下水解后,水解产物与变色酸在碱性条件下重氮偶合后,分别在515nm和510nm处测定,样品溶液的平均回收率为85%,该方法简便,快速,检测费用低。

Abstract:A spectrophotometric method for the determination of monuron and fenuron,two phenylurea herbicides, was described here. It was based on acidic hydrolysis of the herbicide, then followed by diazotization and coupling with chromotropic acid in alkaline medium. The absorption maxima of the coloured compound formed was measured at 515 nm and 510 nm respectively. The average recovery ratio was 85 %. The method was simple, convenient, rapid and economical.
