F-40的辐射交联及其交联度的XPS表征

摘    要:本文首次用X—光电子能谱(XPS)研究了F—40的辐射交联机理以及交联度的表征。用XPS方法获得的F—40凝胶化剂量为4.1Mrad。并发现在特定的剂量范围内,F—40的交联程度最大。

Abstract:In this paper, radiation-induced crosslinking mechanism of F-40(copolymer of tetrafluoroethylene and ethylene) and characterization of the crosslinkingdensity by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) have been first studied. The doseof gelation of F-40 calculated with a plot of F/C(ratio of fluorine to carbon) ob-tained from XPS against R(radiation dose) is 4. 1 Mrad. It is found that the crosslin-king density is the largest at a range of certain dose and it becomes smaller atother doses. The radiation dose to reach the maximum crosslinking density is approxi-mately 12. 1 Mrad.
