摘    要:介绍了广州珠江电厂2号汽轮发电机组(N300-16.7/537/537)7、8号轴承大修后振动出现缓慢增大的现象,通过拟定针对性的诊断试验,得到了振动变化的基本特征,具体分析了振动增大的原因,并判断为轴承损坏后,经过解体检查得到确认。介绍了振动处理的情况和效果。

Abstract:This paper introduces the #7 bearing of the No.2 steam turbine-generator (N300-16.7/537/537) vibration slowly rise after heavy repair,through drafting a set of aimed diagnosis experiment,get the basic characteristic of the vibration variety, and analyzes the reason, estimates its bearing breakdown, and gets the confirmation through the disintegration check, follow on, introduces how to disposal vibration and effect.
