聚羧酸系超塑化剂对水泥净浆性能的影响

摘    要:采用萘系(JM)和聚羧酸系(PCA)超塑化剂添加到水泥净浆中,分别测量水泥净浆的流动度、流动度损失、外加剂在水泥颗粒表面的吸附率以及Zeta电位,并说明它们之间的关系.结果表明:萘系减水剂掺入到水泥净浆中5 min的吸附率达到79.87%;而聚羧酸系超塑化剂5 min吸附率只有28.27%,最大达到45%左右.但聚羧酸系超塑化剂吸附率随时间延长而增加,而萘系减水剂吸附率基本没有变化.掺聚羧酸系超塑化剂水泥颗粒表面zeta电位为正值,并随时间延长而增加;而掺萘系Zeta电位为负值,且绝对值随时间延长而减小.

Abstract:Naphthalene-sulfonic acid(JM)and Polycarboxylate(PCA)surperplasticizers were added to the fresh cement paste,flowability,flowability loss ratio,adsorption ratio of admixture on the surface of cement grain and Zeta potential of cement grain were measured,their relationship were illustrated;The research result showed that,after 5 minutes when Naphthalene-sulfonic acid added in the fresh cement paste,the adsorption ratio was achieved 79.87%,but the Polycarboxylate only reach 28.27%,the biggest one obtained is ...
