扩招后地方院校面临的问题分析

An analysis on problems of local colleges after enrolment expansion

An opportunity is given to the development of local colleges because of the enrolment expansion of university. At sametime local colleges have being many new problems and great pressure on dealing with the enrolment expansion. The education quality guarantee system is on descending trend. The reform and development of local colleges have not acquired the effective support of local government. The strength of education funds' throw|in is inadequate. The source quality of students is descending and most new upgrade colleges have difficult on enrolment. Teachers are shortage and so on. The essay mainly analyses these problems and gives some pieces of advices.
