钻井泵泵阀的故障树分析及新型泵阀的研制

摘    要:泵阀是钻井工作过程的直接组成件 ,也是钻井泵中最重要的易损件之一。它设计的好坏直接影响了泵的工作性能和使用寿命。运用系统可靠性分析的基本原理 ,把泥浆与泵阀看作一个开式的摩擦学系统 ,用故障树分析方法 (FTA)对泵阀进行了失效分析 ,通过对泵阀故障树的定性、定量分析 ,找出了导致泵阀失效的故障模式及主要原因。在此基础上 ,综合分析现有泵阀的结构 ,优化组合 ,设计、制造了一种新型钻井泵泵阀 ,并进行了现场试验 ,为进一步深入研究泵阀的失效机理和泵阀工作性能的监控提供了一定的科学依据

Abstract:The failure analysis of drilling valve has been studied according to the method of fault tree analysis by the use of system reliability analysis, in this paper, mud and drilling pump valve were considered as an open tribological system. On the basis of qualitative and quantitative analysis, the fault modes and the main reasons of drilling pump valve failure were determined. Then the comprehensive analysis of current drilling pump valve structure was made, and a new type of drilling pump valve, which has good performance in sealing, impact and wear resisting, smoothly running and so on, was designed and manufactured. Field tests were also performed and the results are satisfactory. The results also provide guidance for further research of drilling pump valve.
