80m2立盘过滤机在拜耳法种子过滤工序上的应用

针对种子过滤工序设备落后、产能不足、滤饼附液量高的问题 ,提出了采用 80m 2立盘过滤机代替转鼓过滤机的方案。对原过滤机进行结构改进并合理安装设计 ,使其具有强度高、不易变形、搅拌效果好、运转效率高、维护费用低、拆卸方便等特点。应用证明 ,立盘过滤机的滤饼含水率保持在 1 7%～ 1 8% ,滤液浮游物可控制在 3g/L左右 ,产能可达 2 36t/h ,满足了生产要求 ,年效益可达 1 78万元

Application of 80m2 Vertical Pan Filter in Bager Process's Seed Filtering Working Procedure

Pointing to the status of old equipments, low capacity and high adhesive liquid of seed filtering working proceduce,a plan which is to replace rotarty drum filt er by 80m 2 vertical pan fieter was put forward.The features consisted of high strength,undistortion,good agitating effect,high running efficiency,low maintena nce cost and easy disassembling operation were achieved by means of improving co nstruction of old filter and reasonable installation.The practice has proved tha t the coke's water content of vertical pan filter is remained in 17%-18%,the cl arity of filtrate can be controlled around 3g/L,the capacity is up to 236t/h,the annual benefit is up to 1.78 million Yuan.
