摘    要:采用分光光度法测定铝合金中硅、镁元素的含量,并对酸度和试剂的选择、显色剂的用量、显色反应条件的控制、形成的有色络合物的稳定性等进行分析与讨论。结果表明,分析条件较易控制,适用于铝合金中硅、镁元素含量的测定。

Abstract:Si and Mg content in aluminum alloy were determined by spectrophotometry. The experimental conditions, such as choice of the acidity and reagents dosage of developer, control of developing reaction condition, stability of colored complex compound, were discussed. The results showed that accuracy and precision of the method could meet the requirement of determination of Si and Mg content in aluminum alloy in production, and the experimental conditions could be easily controlled. The method is suitable for use to determine Si and Mg content in aluminum alloy.
