二冲程汽油机电控点火系统的试验研究

摘    要:在保留原发动机所用CDI点火系统的基础上,开发了一种二冲程汽油机电控CDI点火系统。进行了二冲程汽油机电控单元(ECU)的开发,完成了电控CDI点火系统硬件与软件的设计。对点火提前角进行了标定,制取了相应的点火提前角脉谱。试验表明:采用电控CDI点火控制后,发动机的性能得到了改善。

Abstract:Based on reserving the CDI ignition system, an electronic control CDI ignition system is developed for a two stroke gasoline engine. After calibrating advanced spark angle, the control MAP has been obtained. Many experiments show the engine performance is improved with this system.
