摘    要:为了实现履带起重机的重防腐高耐候的涂装,使其涂装寿命达到15a以上,根据履带起重机的工作状况和现有的涂装条件,对履带起重机涂装方案进行了系统设计。在实施过程中不断完善涂装材料、涂装工艺、涂装设备和涂装管理,最终实现履带起重机的重防腐高耐候的涂装。

Abstract:In order to realize the crawler and achieve the coating life more than crane heavy duty anti-corrosion and 15 years, the coating project system high weather resistance coating of crawler cranes was designed according to the working conditions and the existing coating conditions. The coating materials, technology, equipment and management were improved continuously during implementation process and ultimately the heavy-duty and high weather resistant coatings of crawler cranes were realized.
