| 摘 要： | 介绍了使用减定径机的安钢高速线材轧机的工艺特点及在生产管理、轧机调整、产品精度控制等方面的经验。采用减定径机后，日历作业率由56％提高至约80％，月产量由2．9万t提高至4．7万t。

| Abstract: | Technology characteristics and some experience,such as production management,mill adjustment and product precision control,etc.of high-speed wire rod mill of using reducing sizing mill were introduced.By using reducing sizing mill,the operating rate per day is increased from 56% to 80%,and the output per month is increased from 29 thousands tons to 47 thousands tons. |
