| 摘 要： | 本文从脱磷反应的热力学及动力学条件出发,在实验室的条件下,以CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2为脱磷剂的主要研究渣系,对不同配比关系的固体合成脱磷剂及预熔脱磷剂进行脱磷实验研究,得出适合铁水预处理的最佳配比关系的脱磷剂;在此基础之上,考虑用转炉渣、精细铁矿和烧结矿粉来代替脱磷剂中部分氧化剂和固定剂进行脱磷实验,确定其最佳配比关系。 |
