| 摘 要： | 石横特殊钢厂在探索实践公有制实现形式多样化方面，根据企业特点，开展了以股份制、股份合作制、联合兼并为主要形式的改制实践活动，盘活了国有存量资产，实现了融资多元化，调整了产品结构，不断开发新产品，促进了企业经济效益的提高和经济增长方式的转变。
