| 摘 要： | 针对设备管理机制和设备检修机制，提出设备综合性管理的思路。认为应注重设备检修的经济性与合理性，强调设备的预知维修和针对性检修，降低设备维修费用；在设备选型、使用、维修等方面，推行全过程管理；在设备故障管理方面，推行全面故障管理制度，严格控制设备事故的发生，提高设备的作业指标。
