提高转炉日历利用系数的系统工艺技术研究

摘    要:通过实施低过热度浇注技术,大幅度降低出钢温度,实施钢包在线快速烘烤,减少出钢过程温度损失;优化氧枪喷头工作参数,改善综合吹炼指标;对转炉采取综合技术管理措施,提高转炉炉龄,济钢一炼钢转炉日历利用系数由29.09t/公称t.d提高到69.79t/公称t.d,转炉作业率由63.61%提高到91.05%,满足了全连铸的要求。

Abstract:Through practising lower overheated steel pouring technique and big decreasing tapping temperature,practising quick roasting ladle technique in line and decreasing the heat loss in the process of tapping,optimizing the working parameter of oxygenlance nozzle and improving comprehencive convertering indexes,taking on comprehensive management for converter steelmaking and increasing converter campaign,the converter calendar utilization coefficient is increased from 2909t/td to 6979t/td and the operating rate of converter is increased from 6361% to 9105% in No1 steelmaking works of Jinan iron and steel group,and it can meet the need of all continuous casting production
