| 摘 要： | 为解决矿产资源开发利用过程中，资源枯竭与资源浪费、废物污染环境之间的矛盾，保持矿产资源的可持续开发利用，对矿产资源应采取综合利用措施，提高总回收率；同时应开发利用二次资源，减轻环境污染。
