莱钢热轧带钢轧机辊缝显示系统改造

莱钢５００ｍｍ热轧带钢轧机辊缝显示系统故障较多，常造成轧机的无辊缝显示。为解决这一问题，将该系统的主机硬件转换电路，改造成分布式单机架软件转换，并增加了鉴相电路，更换光电脉冲发生器，从而保证了轧机的辊缝显示稳定可靠，使带钢质量得到了保证。
