莱钢750m^3高炉强化冶炼实践及其挖潜方向

摘    要:莱钢750m3高炉强化冶炼的措施包括改善焦炭质量,提高入炉矿石质量,促进炉料结构合理;确定合理的上下部调剂参数,抓好炉前工作,应用INBA法新转鼓水渣处理系统、热风炉余热回收装置、高炉喷涂造衬等新技术。为挖掘高炉生产潜力,提出了稳定冶炼强度、提高精料水平、大力降低燃料消耗的挖潜方向。

Abstract:The technical measures of 750m3 blast furnace strengthening smelting of Laiwu iron and steel general works consist of improving the coke quality,increasing burden quality,promoting reasonable burden structure,determining reasonable adjustment parameters of upper and lower blast furnace,using the waste heat recovery device of hot stove and using the spraying and coating technique for making liner of blast furnace,etc.For developing the production ability of beast furnace the developing direction of stabilizing smelting strength,increasing beneficiated burden level,decreasing fuel consumption is put forward.
