| 摘 要： | 济钢第一炼钢厂４＃铸机板坯二冷控制模型是建立在动态传热基础上的动态模拟，采用该模型实现了自动配水，使二次冷却更加均匀，减少了铸坯表面回温，铸坯表面无清理率达９５．１％；内部裂纹仅占废品的３．６％。

| Abstract: | Secondary cooling controlling model of slab of No.4 continuous casting machine of Jinan iron and steel group is a dynamic simulation based on dynamic heat transfer.Because of use of this model,the automatic distributing water is achieved,the secondary cooling is even homogenization,the surface back temperature of slab is reduced,nondescaling ratio of slab surface is up to 951% and the inner crack ratio of slab is only 36% of waste product. |
