| 摘 要： | 为调整产品结构，增强生产合金钢的能力，石横特殊钢厂将Ｒ６ｍ达涅利链式引锭杆三机三流小方坯连铸机改造为Ｒ８ｍ拉矫机两点矫直的连铸机，并将振动装置由凸轮杠杆式改为板簧式短臂四连杆振动机构，采用了二冷室活动导板和汽－水喷嘴冷却方式，改引锭杆存放形式为下藏式，从而适应了高效率生产高质量铸坯的要求。

| Abstract: | In order to adjust the product structure and increase the production capacity of alloy steel Danieli R6m three stand three stream small square billet continuous caster with chain dumming bar is reformed to R8m continuous caster with two point straightened by stretcher,the vibrating device of cam lever type is reformed to plate spring type short arm four connecting rod vibrating device,the secondary cooling type moving cooling plate and cooling mode of vapour water injector are taken on,and the dumming bar is reformed to lower storage type in Shiheng special steel plant Thus it can meet the requirements of production and high product quality |
