| Abstract: | Project manager is the main they of the responsibility, right and profit of a construction project. Responsibility is the core of the "Proect manager hold responsible"system. Right ensures the prerequisite and way for a project manager to take his responsibility. Profit is the impetus of a project manager. From the above facets it elaborates the relationship of the three and how to make full use of the project manager's intelligence. |
