| 摘 要： | 本文对近十年来居住小区发展所形成的较为突出的六个发展趋势作初步的分析和总结，这六个发展趋势为：小区空间结构的两级化，小区绿化趋向小分散大集中，小汽车进入家庭对小区规划的影响，南方炎热及多雨地区住宅底层架空处理，小区休闲空间与外部环境的整体设计，小区组团布局方式的发展趋势。

| Abstract: | This article has made a Preliminary analysis and summary of the main six kinds of developing trend in small residential quarters built over last the ten years. These six kinds of trend are the poarization of space structure in small residential quarters, less despersion and more concentration of plannting in and around the small residential quarter. the influence of family owned car on small residential quarters planning, over - head bisposal of ground floor on the residential quarters in the hot and raing southern region, integral planning of recreative place in small residential quarters and outside emvironment, layout style in groups of small residential quarters. |
