电动潜油泵导叶轮流道检测仪的设计

摘    要:由于铸造工艺的限制,电潜泵导、叶轮个别流道被铸渣等异物堵塞和部分堵塞的情况时有发生,而目前仍采用手工检测导、叶轮流道是否堵塞,这很难保证装配到电潜泵上的导、叶轮都能合格。据此,研制了一种新颖可靠的电潜泵导、叶轮流道检测仪。详细介绍了该检测仪的设计原理、结构、功能及应用结果。该检测仪具有结构合理、应用性强和操作容易等特点,是检测电潜泵导、叶轮流道性能的一种简单而有效的工具。

Abstract:The circulating situation of the idler pulleys and impellers of electric submersible pump (ESP) has great effect on the normal operation of the ESP. One or two flow-paths of idler pulleys and impellers of ESP are often jammed owing to the restraint of the foundry technique. In order to inspect the circulating situation of the idler pulleys and impellers, a flow-paths inspecting instrument is made on the basis of the hydrodynamic principle. The design features, functions and application effect of the instrument are introduced in detail. And its characteristics are commented.
