摘    要:以醋酸乙烯酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料,水为介质,采用微胶囊制备技术合成了粒度小、均一稳定的乳液,添加香料和纳米二氧化钛等助剂,得到了耐擦洗、杀菌、放香的新型多功能水性内墙涂料,并对影响微胶囊乳液性能的几种因素进行了讨论。对该涂料的各种指标进行了检测,结果表明各种指标均符合使用要求。

Preparation of new multi-function aqueous inner coating by technology of microencapsulation
Abstract:A new multi-function aqueous inner coating material, characterized in scrub resisting, germicidal activity, and aroma producing, was prepared by microcapsulization technology, with vinyl acetate, ethyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate as materials, and water as reaction media. Adding perfume, nano-sized titania and other assistants, small particle sized and uniform stability, coating material was obtained. Factors affecting the performance of the microcapsule emulsion were explored. Performances were tested and verified to be conforming with the application criteria.
