菱镁矿球干燥动力学实验研究

摘    要:本研究的目的是通过模拟干燥炉的实验,为菱镁矿的工程设计提供依据。文中对我国三种较好的红外辐射器进行了热象实验与物料的吸收光谱实验,用不同辐射器进行了单层矿球的变距离实验及不同升温速率的实验,还进行了双层物料双面辐射实验。结果表明后者较优。简述了矿球的差热分析与热重分析实验及红外吸收光谱实验,并结合干燥动力学方程分析了物料升温速率对干燥速率的影响。

Abstract:The drying of aggragating-granulated magnesite is studied experimentally for the essential data for dryer design. The thermal images of three Kinds of infrared radiators and the absorption band of the sample are measured. The differential thermal and thermal weight analysis are made for the sample at various rates of temperature raising to determine the dry-ing kinetics.
