聚醚醚酮(PEK)超滤膜

摘    要:制备了截留分子量界限为6.8×10~4PEK超滤膜,讨论了聚合物浓度,添加剂浓度、凝胶介质温度等因素对膜性能的影响。同时,考察了PEK超滤膜的物化稳定性。结果表明,在0.30MPa压力下,膜透水速度>100mL/cm~2·h,为PEK超滤膜工业化奠定了基础。

Abstract:PEK ultrafiltration membrance with molecular weight cultting off 6.8×104 was preared.The effect of the polymer concentration the temperature of the coagulating media and other conditions on the performance of the membrance was discussed,under the condition of operating pressure 0.30 MPa,the water flux is more than 100mL/(cm2 h),the physical and chemical stability of the UF membrance was studied too.
