云南某低品位氧化铜矿酸浸试验研究

摘    要:云南某氧化铜矿氧化率为90.64%,其中铜矿物主要为绿铜矿和赤铜矿,属于难浸铜矿。根据物相分析结果,对比酸浸和氨浸,试验采用一次-因素酸浸方法,确定硫酸用量为80kg/t,磨矿细度为-200目54.5%,浸出时间100min,最终得到浸出率为71.68%。

Abstract:The oxidation rate of Yunnan copper ore is 90. 64% , in which the main copper minerals is dioptase and cuprite, and those minerals are difficulty to be leached. Base on results of eopper phase analysis and comparison of acid leaching and ammonia leaching, the test of acid leaching is carried out for which the dosage of sulfuric acid is 80kg/t, grind size is 54. 5% of-200 mesh, leaching time is 100min, the leaching rate of Cu could reach 71.68%.
