摘    要:研究了含镍废料的酸浸工艺。考察了硫酸浓度、浸出温度、浸出时间及液固比等因素对镍浸出率的影响。设计正交实验L9(34)得到了镍浸出的最佳工艺条件, 即硫酸浓度2.4 mol/L, 液固比4∶1, 浸出温度50 ℃下浸出1.5 h。采用闭路循环浸出, 提高了硫酸的利用率和镍的浸出率。

Abstract:Sulfuric acid leaching technology of a nickelferrous spent material was studied. The effects of sulfuric acid concentration, leaching temperature, leaching time and liquid/solid ratio on the leaching rate of nickel were investigated. Optimum process parameters, namely, sulfuric acid concentration of 2.4 mol/L, liquid/solid ratio of 4∶1, leaching temperature of 50 ℃ and leaching duration of 1.5 h, were ascertained through orthogonal experiments of L9(34). The utilization ratio of sulfuric acid and the leaching rate of nickel were improved after adopting circular countercurrent leaching.
