无液力平衡增压注水泵的结构设计

摘    要:针对常规型液力平衡增压注水泵存在的问题 ,设计了无液力平衡增压注水泵。其结构设计是 :(1)采用水平直通式泵头 ,泵头承压 5 0MPa ,平均寿命超过 5a ;(2 )动力端连杆小头配用滚针轴承 ,用以平衡连杆小头所受到的压力 ,无需考虑进、出口压力变化对平衡率的影响 ,泵的使用范围更广泛 ;(3)去掉平衡管 ,省去其过定位安装 ,减少刺漏 ,从而增强泵的可靠性 ;(4 )新型泵的盘根盒短 ,只需 1组密封装置 ,易损件减少一半 ,拆装盘根更方便。在现场试验中 ,新型泵进口压力 18MPa ,出口压力 4 4MPa ,曲轴箱温度由常规的 74℃降至 5 0℃ ,柱塞寿命比常规泵柱塞提高 ,泵安全运行 70 0 0h无异常。

Abstract:A boosting water injection pump without hydraulicbalance is designed in view of the shortcomings of theconventional hydraulic balancing boosting pump. The keypoints of the design lie in: (1) adopting horizontal straight-waytype pump cylinder block with a pressure bearing capacity of50 MPa and mean life of more than 5 years; (2) nail bearing isused in the small end of the connecting rod of the power end tobalance the pressure on the small end; (3) removing thebalance pipe and omitting its installation to improve thereliability of the pump; (4) using a new stuffing box with onlyone sealing assembly for convenient installation anduninstallation. Field test of the new pump was made. Andsatisfactory result was obtained.
