注塑机节能控制技术的最新发展与应用

摘    要:介绍注塑机开发设计中应用较多的比例变量泵系统、变频液压控制系统和全电动注塑机等几种节能控制技术及它们的结构原理和应用,分析对比了相关节能控制技术的最新特点,并讨论了注塑机节能控制系统的最新发展方向。

Abstract:Several energy saving control techniques such as ratio varabledelivery pump system,variable frequency hydraulic control system and fully automatic injection molding machine and their application,working principle in development and design of injection molding machines are presented.The advantages and disadvantages of related energy saving control techniques are analyzed and compared.Some suggestions are proposed about the research of energy saving control techniques of injection molding machines in China.
