| 摘 要： | 在横向卷曲短螺卷切屑折断判据理论公式的基础上，根据实验结果对其进行了简化处理，得到了横向卷曲短螺卷切屑折断长度的实用公式．根据试验所得数据对实用公式中各函数进行拟合，得出了横向卷曲短螺卷切屑折断长度的预测公式，并对此进行了实验验证．

| Abstract: | Based on the theoretical formula to judge cross-curling spiral chips breaking,it is simplified according to the experiment results.The practical formula for judging the length of cross-curling chips breaking is got,and the regression functions in the formula are obtained according to experiment results.So the predicting formular of the length of the cross-curling short spilal chips breaking is given and proved by the experiment. |
