| Abstract: | The effect of satel ite communications in an emergency action was described in this paper. Firstly, the e-mergency communication system was introduced briefly;Secondly, the advantages of satel ite communication sys-tems were addressed specifical y in case of emergency communications;Final y, Wen Chuan earthquake, for exam-ple, reflected the significant role of satel ite communications in emergency action. |
