一种搬运机器人控制系统的软件开发与研究

摘    要:为了提高气门电镦生产自动化程度,以PC+运动控制器+PLC构建一种开放式搬运机器人硬件系统,采用Visual C++开发出具有友好人机界面的开放式搬运机器人控制系统软件。首先根据系统功能需求分析给出软件总体结构图,然后详细介绍在线监控模块和通信模块的实现方法,最后通过实验验证该控制系统软件能实现对机器人的控制功能,且具有良好的开放性和可扩展性。
