切削过程动态观测的教学实验系统开发

摘    要:为了提高"机械制造技术基础"课程的教学效果,开发了切削过程动态观察的教学实验系统。实验在铣床上进行,将刀具固定在滑枕上,板状工件固定在工作台上,用低速刨削方式,用CCD显微摄像机从侧面拍摄,在显示器上可观测到二维切削过程。用变频器对进给电机进行无极调速来改变工作台移动速度,给出了机床电气线路改造方案、变频器使用方法。还给出了CCD显微摄像机的组成。实验中能直观地看到金属切削过程,也能测量刀具前角、后角,还能测量剪切角、切削和切屑厚度,计算变形系数。切削过程动态观察实验操作简单,教学效果明显,学生反映较好,有较大推广价值。
