| Abstract: | In this paper the tentative idea of perfecting the appointment system of proffessional titles is put forward.Firstly.to do comprehensive reform in personnel system coinciding in policy with each other.Secondly,to strengthen the classified macro guidance transfering the power of assessing the proffessional titles to a lower level.Thirdly,to strengthen policy guidance and do best in basic works.Fourthly to strengthen theoretical research and to make the appointment laws of the proffessiond titles rapidly. |
