摘    要:利用APDL语言对ANSYS软件进行二次开发,建立楔环连接结构的参数化有限元模型。为提高该连接结构的强度,文中以楔环尺寸及环腔倒角为设计变量,以结构最大应力比为目标函数,建立优化数学模型,采用梯度法进行求解,优化后的结果表明,拉伸载荷下结构的最大等效应力降低26.4%,安全系数由1.08提高到1.46,且结构的刚度得以增强。文中的实践说明,采用非线性有限元法和优化方法对连接结构进行优化能够取得满意的效果。

Abstract:The parametric finite element model(FEM) of wedged-ring joint structure was established using ANSYS parametric design language(APDL).Then, for enhancing the joint structure strength, the calculation considered the wedged-ring dimension and filleting radius as design variables, took the maximal stress ratio as the objective function to establish the optimization mathematics model. This optimization problem was solved using gradient method. The optimization result showed the maximal Mises stress of the optimum structure was 26.4% less than that of the initial structure, and that safety coefficient of the optimum structure raised to 1.46 from 1.08 under tensile loading. In addition, The optimum structure was more rigid than the initial structure. Thus, the optimization method combined with nonlinear FEM can be used to design the joint structure and enhance structure strength.
