环状氯化磷腈微胶囊阻燃剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:以三聚氰胺、尿素和甲醛为原料,采用原位聚合法,制备了囊心为环状氯化磷腈、囊壁为三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛树脂的微胶囊阻燃剂.热重分析表明,微胶囊阻燃剂的热分解温度比纯环状氯化磷腈大大提高.将微胶囊阻燃剂应用于聚丙烯(polypropylene)中,阻燃效果优于纯环状氯化磷腈,且PP/环状氯化磷腈微胶囊阻燃剂材料的力学性能,特别是拉伸强度,大大优于PP/纯环状氯化磷腈材料的性能.

Abstract:Melamine-urea-formaldehyde-chlorocyclo-phosphazene microcapsule flame retardant was prepared by in-situ polymerization process using melamine, urea and formaldehyde as raw material. Themro-gravimetry(TG) measurement showed that thermal decomposition temperature of chlorocyclophosphazene microencapsule was obviously increased. The flame retardancy of Polypropylene(PP)/chlorocyclophosphazene microencapsule was improved compared with PP/chlorocyclophosphazene, and the mechanical properties of PP/ chlorocyclophosphazene microencapsule was superior to PP/chlorocyclophosphazene greatly.
