基于LabVIEW的激光器频率漂移量测试系统的设计

摘    要:针对在光学实验室研究激光器频率稳定性的需要,我们把光学实验与计算机数据采集与处理技术有效地结合起来,设计了基于LabVIEW 8.0虚拟仪器开发平台的频率漂移量测试系统。它可以对激光器的纵模模式进行监视,经过数据采集和处理,给出单频激光器频率的绝对波动。实验结果表明,该系统响应快,精度高,运行可靠,弥补了传统测试方法的一些不足之处,对于今后的稳频技术研究具有实用价值。

Abstract:System based on LabVIEW 8.0 was designed to measure laser's frequency fluctuation in the laboratory and it demonstrated the nice combination of optics and computer technique in data's acquiring and processing.It could be used to observe the longitudinal mode of laser.The frequency fluctuation could be shown through data's acquiring and processing.Results show that the system is feasible,fast and accurate enough to overcome the shortcomings of traditional measurement.It has practical value to research the techniques of frequency stabilization of laser.
