| 摘 要： | 塑料异型材挤出模结构复杂、要求高、设计工作量大且存在大量的标准件,以UG软件为平台,运用特征造型技术和面向对象的编程技术,开发了塑料异型材挤出模CAD建模系统。系统有良好的人机交互及可扩充性,规范了模具设计标准,提高了挤出模设计效率和精度,缩短了模具开发周期,具有较高的推广实用价值。

| Abstract: | Based on 3D CAD of UG,the system of modeling for CAD of plastic profile extrusion dies,with characters of complicated structure,high quality requirement and much workload,is developed in this paper.the system have the advantage of simple interface,easy to use,favorable man-machine conversation,expandability,transplantation,etc.It has been proved that can make the buiding of the part storeroom simplify,the speed of entity modeling improved,the design cycle shortened and the popularization of parts technology great useful. |
