| 摘 要： | 创国内先进供电企业工作对客户停电时间提出了新的要求。分析了国内外先进供电企业的客户停电时间现状，阐述了当前供电企业在客户停电管理上存在的问题，从如何做到客户不停电、控制客户停电范围和停电次数，以及优化停电作业等方面，对客户停电时间的管理进行探讨。

| Abstract: | It puts forward new requirements on customer＇s power interruption time to make a power supply enterprise to be a leading one in China. This paper analyzes the current situation of customer＇s power interruption time in leading power supply enterprises home and abroad, describes the existed problems in customer＇s power interruption management of power supply enterprises nowadays, discusses the management on customer＇s power interruption time in the respects of interruption range and times, optimization of interruption procedure, and how to realize no power interruption to customers. |
