W-Ni-Cu合金的气孔率对动态力学性能的影响

摘    要:研究了高钨含量(>98wt%)的W-Ni-Cu合金经高温烧结后钨含量和冷却速度对微观组织中孔隙率和孔径的影响及微观组织对动态力学性能(ε·=103~104s-1)的影响。随着钨含量的增多,孔隙率增大,孔径减小,其动态拉伸强度降低,动态压缩强度变化不大。成份相同时,烧结后的冷却速度越慢,孔隙率略小,孔径增大,动态拉伸强度大大下降,动态压缩强度也有所下降。

Abstract:The influence of tungsten content of W Ni Cu heavy alloys and the rate of cooling from the sintering temperature on the microstructure and the dynamic mechanical properties(ε=10 3~10 4s -1 )has been studied.The amount of pore increased and the diameter of pore got small with increase of tungsten content.Dynamic tensile strength descended but compressive strength had little change when tungsten content increased.Slower the rate of cooling from sintering temperature for the same constituent was,smaller slightly the amount of pore and larger the diameter of pore was.Thereby dynamic tensile strength went down greatly,and dynamic compressive strength degraded also.
