气相色谱法测定流化床部分煤气化煤气中的组分

摘    要:建立采用气相色谱法同时测定流化床部分煤气化煤气中5种组分的方法。采集的煤气样品由6通阀进样,TDX-01填充色谱柱分离,热导检测器检测。结果在实验浓度范围内相关系数在0.999以上,平均变异系数为1.538%。因此,气相色谱法用于流化床部分煤气化煤气组分分析具有快速、经济、灵敏、准确、重现性好的优点。

Abstract:To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of 5 compositions of coal gas from fluidized bed partial gasification by gas chromatography. Coal gas samplers in gas sampling bag were injected into gas chromatography by a six-port valve, separated by repacked column TDX-01 and determined by thermal conductivity detector (TCD). In determination range of the experiments, the correlation coefficients are all above 0.999 and the average relative standard deviation (RSD) is 1.538%. The method of gas chromatography is rapid, economical, accurate and suitable for determine the components of coal gas from fluidized bed partial gasification of coal.
