摘    要:针对难选煤泥的表面特性,提出通过药剂组合强化药剂作用。新药剂主要通过烃类油、脂肪酸和表面活性剂的复配直接实现难选煤泥与药剂吸附能力增强,并通过IR和Zeta电位测定分析了药剂在煤粒表面的吸附机理,ZM捕收剂的吸附量明显高于煤油,但在+1.7g/cm3的情况下煤油吸附量明显高于ZM。红外研究表明ZM对煤中有机组分吸附表现明显,而对无机组分及含硫组分没有明显吸附,而ζ电位的变化进一步验证ZM药剂对难选煤泥的可浮性效果。

Abstract:The compound collector was proposed to improve the efficiency of separation with difficult-to-separate slime surface characteristics. New collector mainly composite hydrocarbon oil, fatty acid and surface active agent in order to enhance reagent adsorption ability. The data of IR spectrum and Zeta potential was used to explain adsorption mechanism of the medicament on difficult-to-separate slime surface. The adsorbed capacity of ZM collector was obviously higher than that of kerosene, but when the coal slurry density 1.7 g/cm3 the situation was opposite. The IR spectrum showed that the adsorption of ZM was obvious on organic components of coal particle surface, but it was no obvious on inorganic components and sulfur components. Thus the changes of zeta potential further validated that the ZM agent reinforced floatability of difficult-to-separate slime.
