摘    要:IEC 61970系列标准定义了公共信息模型(CIM)的基本包集,提供了能量管理系统(EMS)信息的数据结构和逻辑视图。在对IEC 61970系列标准中CIM研究的基础上,遵循CIM的语义和扩展规范,对原有CIM进行扩展,建立风力发电系统、光伏发电系统、储能系统的CIM扩展模型,并将其应用到包含风光储的电网能量管理系统设计中,为进一步开发能量管理系统高级应用程序提供统一的接口。

Abstract:By defining the basic package set of the common information model (CIM), the IEC 61970 series standards provide a logical view as well as data structure for the information in energy management systems. Based on the studies of CIM in IEC 61970 series standards and complying with CIM semantics and extension criterion, this paper extends the original CIM by developing CIM extension model of wind power generation, photovoltaic power generation and energy storage system for applying to the design of grid energy management systems containing wind-photovoltaic-energy storage to provide a unified interface for further development of advanced energy management system application.
