摘    要:铣削加工中铣削力是导致加工变形的直接原因,而航空薄壁件加工中,加工变形是加工误差产生的主要因素。通过有限元法对航空薄壁件的铣削过程进行三维仿真模拟,揭示了切削深度、切削速度以及摩擦因素对切削力的影响。

Abstract:The milling force is the direct cause that leads to deformation processing,but for the processing of air thin pieces ,machining errors is a major factor that results deformation. Through three-dimensional simulations of airnautical thin-walled parts of milling process using finite element method,it was revealed that cutting force was impacted by the depth of cut ,cutting speed and friction factors dircetly .
