加强战略性矿产资源的公益性勘查提高矿产资源的保障能力

目前,战略性矿产的公益性勘查工作严重萎缩,显然不能保障国民经济可持续发展的需要,不利于推动商业性矿产勘查的发展。因此,加强国家战略性矿产的公益性勘查,已是当务之急,是促进中国经济发展的必要措施。本文分析了矿产资源的供需形势和公益性矿产勘查存在的问题;提出公益性矿产勘查工作应从限制在以预查为主的范畴中走出来,并提出了5方面的工作和6条对策建议。

STRENGTHENING PUBLIC GEOLOGICAL PROSPECTING AND IMPROVING SAFEGUARD CAPABILITY OF STRATEGICAL MINERAL RESOURCES

At present,the public geological prospecting for strategical mineral resources is shrunken seriously,which will not safeguard the sustainable development of national economy and will be unfavorable to the development of commercial mineral resources exploration.Therefore,strengthening the public geological prospecting is necessary for improving national economy development.The situation of mineral resources supply and demand and issues of public geological prospecting are discussed;the suggestion that the public geological prospecting should be taken out of the confined field which focus on pre-exploration is put forward.Five aspects of work and six pieces of countermeasure are brought forward as well.
