共轨喷油器电磁阀材料及响应特性试验研究

摘    要:设计了电磁阀响应特性试验装置,应用压电石英加速度传感器对自制不同材料的共轨喷油器电磁阀响应特性进行测试,综合评定得出了工业纯铁电磁阀具有良好的动态响应性能,其开启响应时间可达0.352 ms;基于工业纯铁电磁阀研究了其工作间隙、线圈线径及驱动电路中放电电容对响应特性影响规律,为进一步优化设计加工电磁阀提供依据。

Abstract:A test equipment of the response behaviors of CR injector electromagnetic valve the response characteristics was designed, and of some electromagnetic valves made from different materials were measured using acceleration sensor under the same test conditions. The results show that the ingot-made valve has an excellent dynamic response performance, and its response time can reach 0. 352ms. The effect of the working clearance, coil diameter and the capacitance of the driving circuit on the response characteristics of the in- got-made valve were investigated, which was helpful to further optimization of CR injector electromagnetic valve.
