| Abstract: | Key problems faced currently in metered heat-supply charging in China are analyzed, the method to establish the model for metered heat-supply charging and the criterion of unified heat rates and unified heating tariff is discussed, and the settlement model for multi-level heating metering and different heat-supply charging based on the criterion of unified heat rates and unified heating tariff is put forward. |
